Chapter 4: Where we work

Where ever we work, communication and trust are essential. We trust each other to do the best for our customers, for our team and for our company. Working remotely requires a bit more explicit communication. Sometimes a short “Hi, how are you?” in the morning in our team channel is a simple way to show our remote co-workers that we work as a team.

From the office

Edkimo is based in Berlin and our headquarter is the Bergmannstraße neighborhood of Kreuzberg. Come along for lunch, for half a day, or the whole week. You are always welcome!

From home

Some people at Edkimo work from home most of the time. Some people work from home from time to time. Some people work from home once a week. We can support you to get the basics right: a good chair, a bigger screen, noise-canceling headphones. This will make a big difference.

From a coworking space

If you are not in Berlin and if working from home is not your cup of tea, we can help our employees to rent a co-working space in their hometown. We offer up to 100€/month towards such a desk.
